I honestly didn’t think I’d ever meet anyone who loves color and pattern as much as I do…and then came Nadia Hassan! We truly are style soulmates! Her illustrations are bursting with energy and fun…and we are so excited to have her designs included in our December Pro Pack!
Nadia considers herself a designer but admits she wears lots of different hats (including illustrator, reluctant copy-writer, and occasional street-painter!). She’s kind of a powerhouse and brings whimsy and professionalism into everything she does!
She has a drool-worthy Insta feed that will literally bring a smile to your face and make you want to go create something. One thing is for sure: Nadia’s sense of color, pattern, and nostalgia makes the world a happier place.

One Thing I’m Proud Of
My brand/business as a whole is the thing I am most proud of creating. At first it felt like navigating a raft through rough seas in the fog, but after a lot of time, effort, risks, bumps, bruises and detours, I feel comfortable and sometimes even confident doing what I do. Everything I’ve ever created has been in service of achieving that.

I’m working on an illustration series of made-up candy packaging, and I would love to have them printed on a Risograph machine.

How many hours a day do you spend on creativity?
Between 0 and 16, depending on various factors
When did you fall in love with stickers?
When I was six or seven-ish, back in the early 90’s :), one of my cousins showed me her sticker books. They were EPIC. I was absolutely spellbound, and I’m pretty sure that’s when my obsession began.
What’s your favorite Karaoke song?
I have never sung Karaoke, but if I were going to (I’m not), I’d go with Carry On Wayward Son by Kansas.
